AEW Rampage viewership dipped when the show was shifted out of its usual time slot on May 5.
Wrestlenomics reports that 294,000 viewers watched Rampage at the special start time of 6:30 p.m. ET on Friday. This number is down from last week, when Rampage also aired at 6:30 p.m. ET. 298,000 viewers tuned in for the April 28 episode. In the 18 to 49 demographic, Rampage drew a 0.09 rating and ranked #25 among cable originals. The April 28 episode also scored a 0.09 rating in the same demographic.
This week’s episode was headlined by The Firm Deletion match, where Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Isiah Kassidy, and HOOK battled The Firm at The Hardy Compound. Plus, the Lucha Brothers and El Hijo del Vikingo faced Powerhouse Hobbs, QT Marshall, and Aaron Solo. Elsewhere on the show, Mark Briscoe took on Preston Vance.
