AEW Rampage viewership increased on May 19.
Wrestlenomics reports that 293,000 viewers tuned in on Friday, when the show aired at a special start time of 6:30 p.m. ET. This marks an increase from last week, when 284,000 viewers tuned in for the special Saturday episode on May 13.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, Rampage scored a 0.09 rating, which is up from last week (0.07 rating in the same demographic). AEW Rampage ranked #24 among cable originals in the demographic.
This week’s episode opened with a trios match where Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) faced Best Friends (Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor) and Bandido. Plus, The Acclaimed and “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn clashed with the Varsity Athletes (Josh Woods, Tony Nese, and Ari Daivari).
