Zoey Stark is enjoying working with Trish Stratus, and she’s learning a lot along the way.
Stark moved up to WWE RAW in the 2023 WWE Draft. She quickly aligned with WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus and helped the veteran beat Becky Lynch at WWE Night of Champions. She and Stratus have continued to feud with Lynch ever since
Speaking on WWE After The Bell with Corey Graves and Kevin Patrick, Stark discussed working with the two stars so soon after her arrival on the main roster.
“It’s insane,” Stark said. “I still wake up every morning, [it’s] just surreal where I’m able to just text Trish with an ideal or something, and being able to work alongside both of these girls is absolutely amazing. I’m enjoying every second of it.
When asked to describe what she has learned from Stratus so far, Stark highlighted how the legend has helped her show her confidence. She also stated that Stratus has been a big mentor to her.
“Really how to show the confidence and not letting anyone get in your way,” Stark said. “She’s been, after every match or after every promo, she’s sitting there, she’s helping me, she’s critiquing me, telling me when to slow down. She’s really been a big mentor so far.”
