All Elite Wrestling announced that Cole will speak on the June 21 episode of AEW Dynamite. Cole faced AEW World Champion MJF in an AEW Worls Championship Eliminator Match on the June 14 episode of AEW Dynamite, and the bout ended in a time-limit draw.
