Jey Uso Challenges Roman Reigns To Face Him On 7/7 WWE SmackDown

Jey Uso has stepped up to Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

At WWE Money in the Bank, The Usos (Jey and Jimmy Uso) defeated Reigns and Solo Sikoa. Jey scored the win over Reigns and handed him his first pinfall loss since 2019.

On the July 7 episode of WWE SmackDown, The Usos put Reigns on trial, and the champion ultimately took Jimmy out with a brutal attack. Later in the show, Reigns came back out to the ring after he heard Jey was looking for him.

Jey then took the fight to Sikoa before he hit Reigns. “The Tribal Chief” escaped, and Jey repeatedly hit Sikoa with a chair. In his hasty exit, Reigns dropped his title. Jey picked it up and challenged Reigns to a match, though he did not name a specific time or place. He noted that it would be “trial by combat” following the first stage of Reigns’ trial.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
