Dominik Mysterio will receive a title shot on the July 18 episode of WWE NXT.
The Judgment Day appeared on the July 11 NXT, which led to Finn Balor and Damian Priest competing in the main event. Elsewhere, Dominik Mysterio confronted Wes Lee backstage and claimed his own North American title shot despite Lee not looking for an open challenge. Now, the match has been made official.
Next week’s show will also feature Tony D’Angelo’s homecoming after being in jail since the May 23 episode. We will also see Kiana James vs. Gigi Dolin in a rematch from NXT Gold Rush where James was victorious.
Additionally, Angel and Humberto of Los Lotharios will take on NXT Heritage Cup Champion Nathan Frazer and Dragon Lee in a tag bout after the duos had a backstage confrontation that also involved Yulisa Leon and Valentina Feroz.
