Despite reports to the contrary, Von Wagner is doing just fine following this week’s episode of WWE NXT.
The conclusion of WWE NXT on Tuesday night was a unique one that saw the screen go black as Bron Breakker was about to drop a set of steel steps on top of Von Wagner’s head.
On Wednesday, it was reported that the finish of the WWE NXT match between Bron Breakker and Von Wagner went terribly wrong and resulted in Von Wagner being injured. But this is seemingly not the case.
According to Nick Hausman of Haus of Wrestling, multiple WWE sources have confirmed to him that the spot went according to plan and that Wagner is “totally fine.”
Those in NXT did a tremendous job following the show in making the live crowd believe this was a shoot. This led many to believe that Wagner had been seriously injured.
