Wrestling REVOLVER has unveiled the brackets for the upcoming Women’s Grand Prix tournament.
Off the heels of their Redacted 4Ever event, Wrestling REVOLVER now looks forward to a pair of shows at the Calumet Center in Dayton, Ohio on Sunday, October 8. For this special occasion, REVOLVER will also bring in a pair of stars from All Elite Wrestling — former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley and AEW interviewer Renee Paquette.
Paquette will be the special ambassador for REVOLVER’s 3pm “REVOLVER Women’s Grand Prix” show. Moxley, however, will face Gringo Loco in a Lucha Street Fight at “REVOLVER Redemption” later in the evening.
In the latest update, REVOLVER has now revealed the brackets for the Women’s Grand Prix. This tournament will feature eight of the brightest women in wrestling. The left side of the bracket will see Billie Starkz take on Rachel Armstrong while Emi Sakura battles Trish Adora. On the other side, Vert Vixen squares off with Allysin Kay, and Marina Shafir faces Janai Kai in the first round.
The Women’s Grand Prix will feature three rounds of competition until a winner is crowned in the finals. This event will mark the Wrestling REVOLVER debut for Sakura, Adora, Vixen, Kay, and Kai. Starkz has the most experience at REVOLVER, competing at 13 prior events for the promotion.
