WWE SmackDown Viewership Drops On 10/27 With Shift To FS1

WWE SmackDown viewership dropped on October 27.

Wrestlenomics reports that an average of 1.145 million viewers tuned in on Friday. This number is down from last week, when 2.254 million viewers watched the show. Friday’s number marked SmackDown’s second-highest viewership ever on FS1.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.35 rating. This number is also down from last week (0.59 rating in the same demographic.

SmackDown was up against the first game of the World Series on Friday night, which is why the show as bumped from FOX to FS1. NBA games also overlapped with SmackDown on October 27.

This Week’s Episode Of WWE SmackDown

The October 27 episode of WWE SmackDown featured the Crown Jewel contract signing with Roman Reigns and LA Knight. In the main event, Knight defeated Jimmy Uso.

John Cena also appeared on the show and discussed his upcoming WWE Crown Jewel match against Solo Sikoa. Plus, Carlito and Santos Escobar of the LWO battled The Street Profits, and Chelsea Green faced Shotzi.
