Chris Jericho Confirms That His Hand Was Burnt on AEW Dynamite

Chris Jericho almost suffered a serious injury on AEW Dynamite.

Last night on AEW Dynamite, fans got to witness the Like a Dragon Street Fight. The Don Callis Family, along with Brian Cage, teamed up to take on Chris Jericho, Paul Wight, Kenny Omega, and Kota Ibushi.

This match was brutal and goofy at the same time. Paul Wight got bodyslammed on a car. Kenny Omega got superplexed onto two tables and was busted open. Meanwhile, with all this chaos going on, Kota Ibushi was softly beating his opponents with a lead pipe while riding on a bicycle.

But prior to the match, as Omega made his entrance, the pyro seemed to have brushed Jericho a bit. This was confirmed by Jericho to a fan on Twitter as well.

“YES! *Cowboy hat emoji*,” Chris Jericho said in a post.

Chris Jericho wants to Main Event the Tokyo Dome with Minoru Suzuki

Recently, The Ocho wrestled in the DDT Ultimate Party. Following his match at the post-show press conference, Chris Jericho shared that he is looking forward to having a match against Minoru Suzuki and would also love to have a big main event match inside the Tokyo Dome.

“If you’re talking about other wrestlers in DDT, Endo, I thought he was very good tonight. I was very impressed with him, [and] I still think there’s a Jericho-Ibushi match that we could have in Japan. I think the biggest Japanese wrestler never faced is Suzuki; I know he wants to do it, and I want to do it. Once again, he’s a lot like my thoughts on Takeshita. I don’t want to have a match just on a random Dynamite. I want to have a big main event match in Ryogoku, in the Tokyo Dome, somewhere big, and I want to do it in Japan,” Chris Jericho said.
