Dominik Mysterio received one heck of a compliment.
Speaking with The West Australian, Dominik Mysterio spoke about where the idea to grow his mullet came from. Dominik credited his real father, Eddie Guerrero, for the look and told his “deadbeat” dad, Rey, about his plans.
“I guess the idea kind of came about from watching the late, great Eddie Guerrero. I approached my deadbeat dad about it a couple years back. And I told him, I was like, ‘Hey, what would you think if I started growing out a mullet?’ He’s like, ‘I think it’d be pretty cool if you could pull it off.’ I looked at him, I said, ‘I can pull this off, better than any other.’
Dominik says his mullet is at a good place now, and The Undertaker even gave him props for it.
“But yeah, it was the awkward stages, like the middle stages where it was weird. But once it gets flowy…I’m very proud of this mullet,” Dominik said. “Actually, Undertaker complimented my mullet, so that’s how I know it’s a good mullet.”
