Dirty Dango Says He Signed A New Contract With TNA Wrestling

Dirty Dango’s time with TNA Wrestling is set to continue.

The man once known as Fandango returned to IMPACT at Bound For Glory 2022. He reportedly signed with the company in January 2023. Dango has been featured with IMPACT/TNA ever since.

Speaking on the Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz, Dirty Dango was asked whether he knew his contract would be a long-term deal or if it was by the month. He responded and revealed that he just signed a new contract.

“I signed a year deal, January of 2023, I think it was, so about a year ago, I signed a year deal, and I just signed another [inaudible] contract,” he said. “I kind of told myself I’d wrestle until I was 40, and then I was gonna probably ease up a bit. But like I tell everybody, it’s what I’ve done my whole life. I don’t know how to not be a wrestler. Being around at TNA has made me really fall back in love with wrestling. There’s so many great guys and girls there.”

Dirty Dango On TNA’s Locker Room

Dirty Dango also praised the TNA locker room. He noted that it felt like a reunion because he knew so many of the people there. The veteran called it one of the best locker rooms he has ever been in.

“Walking into the locker room there, it felt like a reunion because I’ve known everybody for years,” Dirty Dango said. “I worked for TNA back in ‘03, so there’s some faces that I’ve known for 20 years. I remember running into Scott D’Amore 20 years ago, and great guys like Shelley, Rhino, Tommy Dreamer. It’s one of the best locker rooms I’ve ever been in.”
