Black Taurus Announces He Is A Free Agent

Black Taurus is on the open market, but where will he end up going?

Taurus posted the following statement on Twitter, confirming he is a free agent and no longer under contract with AAA Mexico. He plans to tour the United States and Mexico as a free agent, and he teased possibly showing up in AAA’s rival promotion, CMLL.

“This photo is old but it is the one I found right now,” he wrote (via translation). “Just to thank AAA and that from now on I will be an independent agent. Black Taurus continues his career in the USA and Mexico as a free agent and why not maybe see cmll?”

Black Taurus made his first appearance in AAA in 2011 (as Semental).

Taurus’ last match to date was a Christmas Day showdown with El Hijo del Vikingo. The match was on a show co-promoted by AAA and Promociones Rosales. He also challenged Vikingo for the AAA Mega Championship at ROH Final Battle and on AEW Rampage. Taurus also competed for IMPACT Wrestling this year, where he has sporadically appeared since 2019.
