Satoshi Kojima Wins MLW World Title At MLW SuperFight

The MLW World Heavyweight Championship changed hands at MLW SuperFight.

Alex Kane entered the show as the reigning champion, and he defended the gold against Satoshi Kojima. Kojima emerged victorious, and he won the title.

Kojima, 53, is now a two-time MLW World Heavyweight Champion and the first repeat champion in MLW history. He previously won the title in 2002, and he held the gold for 267 days.

Kojima is a decorated veteran, and he has wrestled all over the world. He has won titles with AJPW, NJPW, and NOAH, among other companies. Kojima is a two-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion, among other accolades.

Kane previously won the MLW World Heavyweight Championship by beating Alex Hammerstone at MLW Never Say Never on July 8, 2023.

Kojima already has a major title defense lined up, as he will face Minoru Suzuki at MLW Intimidation Games.
