Drew McIntyre made a bold claim about World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins on WWE RAW.
During the March 4 episode of WWE Raw, Drew McIntyre was asked whether he thought Seth Rollins had listened to him the previous week, when he encouraged him not to get involved in Cody Rhodes’ feud with The Bloodline.
“No, not in the slightest,” Drew McIntyre said. “Not for one second. Do you want to know why? Because Seth Rollins is junkie. A spotlight junkie. He literally can’t help himself. While his responsibility’s supposed to be right here on Raw, he sees something over here that’s hot and goes, ‘On, I have to latch my claws into to that. I have to be a part of that, instead of focusing on what’s important over here.’
“Let’s think of some of the big comebacks over the last few years. CM Punk, there’s Seth Rollins. Cody Rhodes, oh, it’s Seth Rollins. This time, it’s The Rock. Why’s Seth Rollins there? I don’t know. Maybe he should be on Raw focusing on the world title, but he’s not. He does it to the detriment of his body and his mind, and at this point, I don’t care. Seth, you’re a full-grown man. As long as you show up to WrestleMania, I’m gonna put you down because that title deserves so much better than you. “
Drew McIntyre then highlighted the interview with a brief tweet in which he reiterated that Rollins was a junkie.
In the main event, Drew McIntyre then defeated Jey Uso, thanks to some help from Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. After the bell, he left Rollins lying with a Claymore as the champion was otherwise engaged in a fight with The Bloodline.
