“Thrillbilly” Silas Mason and other stars appeared in a new MoonPie commercial.
NWA shared a video in which MoonPie shared a video that advertises Sun vs. Moon ’24: Brutality in the Totality. The video spoofs wrestling, and it features NWA star “Thrillbilly” Silas Mason as The Sun. His alter ego is listed as “Big Dumb Ball of Fire.” He is opposed by AJ Cazana, who plays The Moon, or “Moonpie”, and encourages everyone to get some MoonPies for the eclipse.
The commercial has some fun with the upcoming solar eclipse on April 8 and calls the Sun vs. Moon ’24 ” a solar eclipse snackdown.”
Mason recently relinquished the NWA National Heavyweight Championship so he could chase the world title. More information is available here.
