Jose The Assistant is no longer with AEW.
Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp is reporting Jose The Assistant (José García) was released by All Elite Wrestling on Monday. García began working for AEW under the Assistant gimmick in 2021. He most recently served as the manager of La Facción Ingobernable (Rush, Dralístico and Preston Vance) in AEW.
Jose has not commented on his release, but posted the following on Twitter after news of his status broke:
