Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made a surprise appearance last night at D23 to promote Moana 2 and something very unexpected.
Last night’s D23 event at the Honda Center in Anaheim California featured many announcements and surprises during its almost three-hour event. The first surprise of the night saw the WWE Superstar take the stage to help perform the opening musical and dancing number for his upcoming movie Moana 2.
Following the reveal of the new Moana 2 trailer, The Rock surprisingly announced a new movie with Disney based on the Monster Jam franchise which he will star and help develop.
Not much is known about Disney’s Monster Jam as of this writing. But Moana 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on November 27, 2024. You can check out the new trailer in the embedded video below.
