It appears that one of WWE’s biggest stars, Rhea Ripley, will be sticking around for the long haul.
Last month, it was reported that WWE was looking to lock RAW Superstar Rhea Ripley into a new long-term deal sooner rather than later.
In an update from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Rhea Ripley has come to terms on a new deal with WWE. While the deal hasn’t been officially signed yet, one source told Johnson that it was just a matter of time.
As far as information on the deal itself, Johnson has been told that Ripley’s new deal will be for five years and will come with a “considerable raise.”
This new contract will keep Ripley with WWE through 2029. Her husband, Buddy Matthews reportedly signed a new deal with All Elite Wrestling earlier in February.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Ripley’s WWE status as it becomes available.
