Adam Cole was “so pumped” to make his debut in AEW on the same night as Bryan Danielson joined the company.
The former WWE star made a shock appearance in AEW at the end of AEW All Out 2021. Following Kenny Omega’s win over Christian Cage, Adam Cole came out to celebrate with the Elite and announce himself in the company.
However, he was interrupted by the also debut Bryan Danielson. Adding that to CM Punk wrestling his first match in AEW, All Out 2021 was undoubtedly one of AEW’s greatest shows of all time.

Adam Cole On His Debut In AEW With Bryan Danielson
“It was such a wild day because it all happened so fast—like, so, so fast. And then, hearing that it was going to be me and Bryan debuting at the same time. Oh my God! The butterflies and goosebumps I had going into that were unbelievable.” said Adam Cole.
“But I remember being really worried that it was going to get out. Information is so available now that I kept thinking, ‘Someone’s going to leak it.’. But fortunately, it was a complete surprise.”
“I remember coming into Milwaukee the night before and staying in a hotel really far away. Then, I drove in while the show was already going on. I was hidden the entire time in a trailer along with Bryan. It was such a cool feeling to be taken out right before the debut and to see a bunch of the talent looking at me like, ‘Wait, what are you doing here?’ I’m just saying my hellos as I’m getting ready to go out.”
“Man, the fans were just unbelievable. That was one of the coolest moments of my career.” Adam Cole added.
