Matt Cardona went to extreme lengths to keep Chelsea Green from discovering he was about to propose to her.
During a recent Figure Hunt at Suplex Vintage Wrestling in Orlando, Cardona saw a toy grapple gear casket that Jakks Pacific made for The Undertaker decades ago, which led to him reflecting on his engagement to WWE Superstar Chelsea Green.
“Alright, I like this. You have your business cards in an Undertaker Grapple Gear casket,” Matt Cardona said. “This is a true story. When I proposed to Chelsea Green at Wrestlemania, okay, I knew I was gonna propose, and I knew that we were sharing a hotel room, and she would find the ring if it were somewhere.
“So I hid it inside an Undertaker casket, because I thought if she found a casket, she would think nothing of it. It’s a toy, no big deal. She wouldn’t open it. But that’s where the ring was. That’s a true story.”
