A major name is staying with TNA Wrestling in a backstage role.
Fightful (via Fightful Select) is reporting that Jazz, who signed with TNA as an agent this year, is staying with the company. This was revealed by company President Carlos Silva during a recent interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp.
“Sean Ross Sapp interviewed Carlos Silva ahead of Slammiversary this weekend, and discussed some of the turnover in the company. Silva then revealed to Fightful some good news in the form of a retention. He said that former World Champion Jazz has signed on to remain with TNA in a backstage agent/producer capacity.”
Jazz competed for TNA earlier this year
Jazz made her TNA in-ring return after nearly four years in January 2025. The legendary performer partook in the battle royal to determine the next challenger for the Knockouts World Championship at the 1/24 iMPACT taping.
Most recently, Jazz made a cameo at WWE Evolution 2 along with iconic names such as Molly Holly and Tori Wilson. It remains to be seen if the promotion has plans for Jazz to work as an on-screen talent in addition to her backstage role. Prior to joining TNA, Jazz worked for the National Wrestling Alliance, where she’s also a former NWA Women’s World Champion.
