The main event of Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT was the match between ‘All Ego’ Ethan Page and Santino Marella. The match was for the NXT North American Championship. It was the first time since 2014 that Marella had competed in a WWE match.
Both Marella and Ethan Page had given everything they had. Throughout the match, Page was able to dodge the infamous Cobra finisher from Santino Marella. In the end, Page managed to retain his championship.
After the show went off the air, Page went back into the ring to try and attack Marella even more. But his plan backfired, and the TNA’s Director of Authority managed to fight back. Santino Marella then hit his infamous finishing move, The Cobra on Page.

Next week’s episode of NXT will also feature multiple championships on the line. Hank and Tank will defend their NXT World Tag Team Championships against Chase U. Tatum Paxley will finally get a title shot. She will be challenging the NXT Women’s North American Champion, Sol Ruca.
