AEW Collision saw a decrease in viewership on August 16.
According to Wrestlenomics, Collision averaged 286,000 viewers on Saturday. The show drew a 0.06 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode, when an average of 423,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week’s show (0.08 rating in the same demographic).

What happened on AEW Collision this week?
This week’s show kicked off with a promo on the stage from “Timeless” Toni Storm. She’s attacked by Athena and Billie Starkz. However, Mina Shirakawa makes her return from injury to save Storm.
In women’s action, Kris Statlander defeated Julia Hart, Penelope Ford, and Anna Jay in a $100K four-way.
Elsewhere on the show, Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta defeated JetSpeed in tag team action.
In the main event of the evening, Nigel McGuinness defeated Lee Moriarty, Daniel Garcia, and Hechicero to earn the right to challenge Zack Sabre Jr. for the IWGP World Championship at Forbidden Door.
