Ric Flair hasn’t been included in a WWE video game since WWE 2K22, but he has a hilarious reason why his exclusions from the games don’t bother him.
WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently spoke with Liam Solomon of The Escapist. When asked if he was surprised that he wasn’t included on the WWE 2K25 roster, Flair said he wasn’t, and he was told ahead of time, also hilariously adding in that if you aren’t on the cover, you barely make any money from being in the game anyway.
“I knew about it, but I didn’t expect to be, as I’m still under contract at AEW,” Ric Flair said. “Unless you’re on the cover, you don’t make any money anyway. Maybe 0.3% or some damn thing!”
When asked if he had a favorite video game, Flair said he doesn’t play them because he isn’t good at them and he’s a bad loser.
“I’ve never played video games in my life,” Ric Flair said. “I can’t play them, I’m terrible. My kids could beat me in one second, so I quit. I’m a bad loser.”
