Triple H wasn’t at WWE RAW on Monday night, but he wasn’t supposed to tell you why yet.
The WWE Chief Content Officer was a guest on Tuesday’s episode of the Pat McAfee Show with Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton. During the conversation, Haliburton brought up the IYO SKY vs. Stephanie Vaquer match scheduled for WWE WrestlePalooza. Haliburton asked if the match was still happening, considering the contract signing scheduled for RAW didn’t happen.
Triple H revealed that he wasn’t even at Monday’s RAW taping in Milwaukee, adding that he hadn’t seen the show yet. He continued, accidentally revealing that he was taping an episode of Kill Tony with Tony Hinchcliffe instead.
“To be honest, I was not there last night. I haven’t had a chance to watch the show yet. I did ‘Kill Tony’ last night,” Triple H shared with McAfee. “So I was in — oh shit, I’m not supposed to say that! [laughs] I forgot it’s a secret I’m on there until Monday.”
McAfee said he’d seen Triple H’s past appearance with Hinchcliffe and said he’d do great, joking that they would dump the clip of his admission.
“Yeah, it was fun,” Triple H added.
That’s not the only spoiler Triple H offered during Tuesday’s show, as he also confirmed when Cody Rhodes will return to WWE television.
