New Filing Reveals Hulk Hogan’s Assets, Who Is (And Isn’t) In His Will

A new court filing reveals who is and isn’t included in the will of late WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan.

On July 24, Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) died from an acute myocardial infarction, more commonly known as a heart attack, leaving behind his wife, Sky Daily and children, Nick and Brooke. According to court documents obtained by US Weekly, Hulk is also leaving behind nearly $5 million in assets.

On Tuesday, Nick Hogan reportedly submitted court documents so he could be named co-personal representative of his father’s estate alongside Terry McCoy. He also claimed that Hulk executed a will in 2016, then later had it in amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022 and finally, July 2023.

Nick is the sole beneficiary of his father’s estate. His sister Brooke was not listed following her request to be removed from his will prior to his death; this move stemmed from her desire to not receive any money from his estate. Hulk’s widow Sky Daily is listed as a surviving spouse.

The paperwork also revealed that the former WWE Champion left behind $799,000 in personal property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and $4 million in intellectual property. An unknown amount for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit was also set aside.

It was noted that Nick did cite Hulk’s real estate property in the paperwork, as it might be owned by a trust or LLC. Hulk is said to have owned two individual homes, worth an estimated $11 million, centered next to each other in Clearwater Beach, Florida.
