Torrie Wilson opened up about her debut during WWE’s Invasion angle and revealed how she felt during her first on-screen kiss with Vince McMahon in front of Linda McMahon.
On The Ariel Helwani Show, Torrie Wilson looked back at her WWE debut during the Invasion storyline. She recalled how her first night gave her a major role on TV through multiple backstage segments with Vince McMahon.
Wilson said she enjoyed the way WWE introduced her and felt it was a strong entrance to the company. She remembered the skits with stars like Stone Cold Steve Austin and Kurt Angle as funny highlights, even though working with Vince on her first day and sharing a kiss with him felt intimidating.
Recalling the segment Torrie Wilson said, “It was obviously extremely intimidating working with Vince the first day and kissing Vince the first day… Just like I always handled everything else. I just felt someone push me on the back and, you know, just do it. Kissing Vince was interesting because Linda was standing right there, kind of helping navigate it all. So I don’t know if that made me feel better or more weird. But I was just really happy to have a big role on TV then.”
