Tony Khan continues to take the high road in response to WWE‘s continued attempts to counterprogram AEW.
All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan was a recent guest on Going Ringside. When asked if there have been any frustrations from him as of late regarding WWE’s continued attempts to counterprogram AEW events, Khan chose to take the high road and focus on what they are doing right as a company right now.
“Well, we’ve been having a great year,” Tony Khan began. “We’ve been able to stick and move and make it work really well for us. There’s always going to be tough competition, and this sport, it’s very tough competition, the kind of competition that makes you work really hard 52 weeks a year.” [H/T: WrestlePurists]
The sixth anniversary of AEW Dynamite takes place this Wednesday night on TBS and HBO MAX.
WrestleZone has live coverage of Dynamite every week.
