The ongoing debate when it comes to the greatest of all time in professional wrestling will seemingly never end. However, The Rock has officially declared this WWE Superstar as the GOAT.
Ahead of his final WWE match this weekend at Saturday Night’s Main Event, John Cena took to Instagram to put over The Rock being nominated for a Golden Globe for his performance in The Smashing Machine.
The Rock caught wind of Cena’s post and took the WWE Superstar’s comments section to give a heartfelt response, declaring Cena to be the greatest of all time, posting:
“Love ya man and as you know, always grateful for all you’ve done for the business we love. You are truly the GOAT. Bring your moonshine, I’ll bring the tequila *picture emoji* *crying laughing emoji* *handshake emoji,*” The Rock said in a post.

WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is set to take place on December 13, 2025, at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC.
