This former WWE Superstar congratulated Carmelo Hayes following his United States Championship win.

Hayes faced Ilja Dragunov for the United States Championship in a pre-taped episode of SmackDown that aired last week. “Congratulations brother!! @Carmelo_WWE You deserve it! Thank you for those great matches!”

“Amigo! Glad I got to wrestle you all over the world! Got better every time I shared the ring with you! Thank you bro *praying hands emoji* *fist emoji*”

Carmelo Hayes and Andrade El Idolo competed in a Best-of-Seven Series that ran from July to October 2024. Their matches were widely praised by both fans and peers alike. El Idolo was later placed in a tag team program with Rey Fenix.
