The Undertaker Found Glass Shards In His Arm A Year After Infamous WWE Match

The Undertaker still had glass shards in his arm a year after he sustained an injury in an infamous WWE match.

WWE Superstar AJ Styles was a recent guest on The Undertaker and Michelle McCool’s Six Feet Under podcast. During the conversation, Styles and Taker looked back at their Boneyard match from WrestleMania 36. WWE filmed the contest outdoors in cinematic style after the show was moved to the Performance Center due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the contest, the Deadman sustained a severe arm injury. The injury happened when he attempted to punch AJ Styles and smashed his hand through the window of a hearse. Speaking in the podcast, Michelle McCool revealed that The Undertaker still had glass shards in his arm a year after the match.

The Undertaker was injured less than ten minutes into filming the match

“We had to wait till it got dark, cause who wants to have a Boneyard match in the daylight? Alright, let’s go, here we go. We start fighting, and then just a few minutes in, my arm goes through the window. It was very real. We’re probably less than ten minutes into it, and then we had to shut down for about an hour as they’re picking glass out of my arm,” The Undertaker said.

Michelle McCool then chimed in, saying, “Long story short, we get to WrestleMania the following year, and Mark’s like, ‘I don’t know, it kind of moves around. It kind of hurts a little bit.’ He still had glass in his arm, a year later. Doc had to cut out more glass from his arm.”
