Former TNA Champion Announces He’s Been Working Injured

A former TNA Champion has announced that he worked some recent matches with a pretty serious injury.

Over the course of 72 hours, Frankie Kazarian lost the TNA World Championship to Mike Santana on the TNA iMPACT premiere on AMC and then lost the Texas Death rematch 48 hours later at Genesis. Now we’re learning that The King of TNA worked these matches on less than ideal circumstances due to a serious injury.

Frankie Kazarian took to Instagram today to reveal that he worked these matches with a surgically repaired fracture of the first metacarpal bone of my right hand, posting:

“I wrestled the @tnawrestling on @amc_tv premier World Title match & the Genesis Texas Death Match 29 days out of a surgically repaired fracture of the first metacarpal bone of my right hand. Suffered in my match against @bearbronson_. It didn’t stop me then, it won’t stop me now. You NEVER know the entire story. Only what I allow you to know. #KingofTNA,” Frankie Kazarian said in a post.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on this injury as it becomes available.
