AEW Has Parted Ways With Their Senior Vice President — Report

All Elite Wrestling is making some changes at the executive level.

According to a new report from Wrestling Intel, AEW is parting ways with its Senior Vice President of Business Development, Partnerships, and Video Games, Nik Sobic. Sobic had been with the company since it was founded in 2019. His primary duties included overseeing things like operations and live events.

Sobic was also notably in charge of the video game side of All Elite Wrestling. It’s unclear exactly what his roles were, though. Wrestling Intel’s report mentions him overseeing the development of AEW’s Fight Forever game. However, it’s unknown just how involved he was with the game’s development.

It’s currently unclear whether or not his leaving the company is due to the game. Although the game received mixed reviews, it was largely seen as a disappointing entry in the wrestling game genre. AEW hasn’t commented on potentially making a new game as of yet.
