Nikki Bella poked fun at the rumors that she’s dating NFL star Cooper DeJean… or perhaps confirmed it’s true.
WWE RAW is in Philadelphia this week, and the show featured an appearance by Nikki and Brie Bella. The twins made their way to the ring to pop, but seemingly got booed after the music died down.
Nikki and Brie cut a bit of a heel promo in response, asking if they were booing the Philadelphia Eagles for not making the Super Bowl this year. Brie then jokingly said that the crowd must be yelling “Coop,” a reference to Eagles star Cooper DeJean.
Nikki Bella has been linked to DeJean for several months and is reportedly “casually dating” the NFL star.
Nikki playfully responded, and seemingly confirmed the reports with the following comment:
“Can you blame a girl for having good taste? I mean, Pro Bowl, baby!”

This is the first time Nikki Bella has referenced her relationship with DeJean on WWE TV. However, WWE has also indirectly commented on the relationship. This came on the December 29, 2025, episode of WWE RAW on Netflix, where Joe Tessitore mentioned Nikki being a hot topic on social media that week. That week’s show saw Nikki wearing an Eagles-themed outfit, which sent social media into a frenzy over the potential link to DeJean.
Nikki and Brie weren’t done there, as they also announced plans for their future in WWE.
