Liv Morgan finally sat down to address her WrestleMania 42 plans on the February 16 episode of WWE RAW — but the segment took an emotional turn few saw coming.
The moment came after Asuka defeated Natalya and Bayley in a Triple Threat match, forcing Bayley to submit to the Asuka Lock and securing her spot inside the Women’s Elimination Chamber.
With the field tightening, attention shifted backstage to Morgan, who won the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble and still hasn’t chosen which champion she’ll challenge.
Michael Cole sat down with Morgan for answers. She admitted she’s in no rush to make her decision, saying it’s “too fun watching everyone squirm.”
Dominik Mysterio joined the interview, hovering close as Morgan teased both Raw Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer and SmackDown Women’s Champion Jade Cargill as potential opponents.
Then things escalated.
Stephanie Vaquer Confronts Liv Morgan in Heated RAW Segment
Stephanie Vaquer abruptly entered the set and launched into an impassioned tirade in Spanish. Dominik attempted to translate in Morgan’s ear while firing comments back at the champion.
According to Dom’s translation, Vaquer spoke about the hardships she has endured and urged Morgan to choose her, warning that if she does, she won’t be able to beat her.
The exchange visibly shook Morgan. As Vaquer exited, Cole tried to continue the interview, but Morgan broke down in tears. Overwhelmed, she walked off the set with Dominik, leaving her WrestleMania decision hanging in the balance.
Morgan has teased Vaquer in recent weeks, even attacking her after a title defense. Still, as of February 16, she has not made her official choice for Las Vegas.
With emotions running high and the Chamber looming, Morgan’s path to WrestleMania is anything but smooth. The question now isn’t just who she’ll pick — it’s whether she’s ready for the storm that follows.
