Randy Orton Makes History At WWE Elimination Chamber

An Elimination Chamber win would put Randy Orton one step closer to his 15th world championship. He’s already making history before the bell even rings.

Randy Orton has 14 world title wins on his resume, tying him at third all-time with Triple H. According to ESPN Insights, Orton will set another record at the 2026 Elimination Chamber, as this will be his tenth all-time Chamber match. To put that in context, John Cena and Chris Jericho are next with 8 appearances, while Kofi Kingston is the closest active wrestler with 6.

Not only does Orton have the record for most Elimination Chamber matches, but he’s also the only person in this year’s match who has won a Chamber match before. Randy Orton won the 2014 Elimination Chamber match, which earned him a spot in the main event of Wrestlemania 30.

Something else that might give Orton an advantage is the fact that he has eight total eliminations, only second to Jericho.

Randy Orton recently told Pat McAfee that earlier in his career, he didn’t always take care of his body the way he should have. However, he credits a “reality check” for turning his life around and giving his career longevity.

“I take care of my body and the thing is, early on in my career, I think I got lucky because I was horrible to my body. Like I was doing all sorts of sh*t I shouldn’t been doing and I kind of had a reality check, and I turned things around,” Orton said.
