Late WWE Hall of Famer Paul Bearer’s son, Daniel Moody, has passed away.
Steve Stasiak of Book Pro Wrestlers announced on X/Twitter that Paul Bearer’s second son, Daniel Moody, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. He was 39. Stasiak confirmed the news after speaking to the family, particularly Bearer’s granddaughter.
Moody and his elder brother Michael appeared at the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony to accept their father’s posthumous induction. Michael Moody passed away on September 21 of the same year at the age of 34. Moody’s wife, Dianna, passed away in 2009 due to complications from breast cancer, which made Daniel the last surviving member of Bearer’s immediate family.
Daniel Moody Was Known As DJ Pringle In Wrestling Circles
Daniel Moody made his in-ring debut in 2005 and competed in the independent scenes under the names DJ Pringle and DJ Prophecy. He last competed in a Continental Wrestling Federation (CWF) event in Orlando, Florida, in May 2013, where he lost to wrestler Milo Beasley, who once competed in an episode of AEW Dark: Elevation in June 2021.
We at WrestleZone send our condolences to Moody’s family and friends.
