Cody Rhodes Comments On ‘Absurd’ Cost WrestleMania Bus Tour

Cody Rhodes admits fans paid an “absurd” amount of money for a WWE WrestleMania 42 bus tour.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes commented on his upcoming WrestleMania 42 bus tour. Exclusive to only 12 guests in total, the package was listed at $9,950 per person. During the conversation, Rhodes noted that he did a similar tour last year without any hype.

“I like all the different takes on what it would take for me to spend that money to go on the tour bus, and then listening, ‘Pharaoh’s gotta be on as special guest referee at WrestleMania.’ There’s some fun ones,” Cody Rhodes began. “We did this tour last year very quietly, and it’s just a sweet on-location deal for the people who want a little bit of that extra moment.”

Cody Rhodes wants to give the guests a unique and cool experience

Speaking further, Cody Rhodes detailed how last year’s bus tour went and noted that he has a solid plan to provide guests with a unique, cool experience. He expressed gratitude for the fans who are willing to spend an “absurd” amount of money for an exclusive interaction with him.

“What I did last year was really fun. They got to see my WrestleMania gear in advance, and we got to talk WrestleMania. I’ve got a good plan for this year, because, like you said, that’s an absurd amount of money, and gosh, thanks for the fact that people are out there paying that. That makes me feel incredible,” Cody Rhodes said. So, I want them to feel like they definitely got a unique and cool experience, and something intimate for us.

“Because when you get those moments with your fans, where you can sit down across from them and actually get to know them…. Two of the guys who were on the bus tour last year are actually coming on my podcast. I wanted to bring a fan on to the podcast to see what that experience was like. We’ve stayed in touch. So, I look forward to a whole new motley crew on the bus this year, and thank you for doing it,” Cody Rhodes finished.
