Cody Rhodes Is Trying To Draw More Attention To His Butt

Cody Rhodes is just trying to get more merch money.

Rhodes made the cheeky admission during an appearance on the SiriusXM Front Row Series with Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, Becky Lynch and Nattie Neidhart. During the interview, Rhodes said he is taking a different approach to his fashion choices, calling out Rhea Ripley’s “Pretzel Pin” for getting a lot of attention.

Rhodes said that he wants to lean into things too, and he started tailoring his clothes to put more attention on his butt.

“There’s a lot of fans who notice—I’ll give you an example; Rhea Ripley’s cover that she does. It’s quite provocative, right? So, now I think there’s some guys who are starting to go, ‘Cool, I’m going to lean into my thing.’ So like, I started trying to draw attention to my butt a lot more. Yeah, because I’m like if they’re doing it, I also want to do it.”

Nikki Bella asked if Cody made his trunks smaller to achieve the look. He said no, but he did tailor his suits a different way and added braces and suspenders to complete his look.

“It gives it a little extra,” Rhodes added. “You know what I’m saying? I’m not doing anything that anyone else isn’t doing.”

Brie Bella joked that none of the women are going to say no to the idea, while Rhodes added that he’s just trying to get his percentage at the merch stands to go up.

The full interview will air on SiriusXM Stars (ch. 109) on Wednesday, April 1 at 11am ET.
