Pat McAfee will be in the house on SmackDAHN this week.
McAfee confirmed he will appear on Friday’s show at the SAP Center in San Jose. The appearance comes a week after McAfee aligned with Randy Orton for his feud against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
“On Friday night, live from San Jose, I think I’ve got some things to say,” McAfee said during his show on Wednesday afternoon. “I think we will have a good time there on SmackDown.”
What does Pat McAfee have in store on SmackDown?
As for what he might have to say, McAfee could be speaking about several different things. He’ll likely continue to gloat about how Randy Orton is going to save WrestleMania and pro wrestling, which he’s been doing ad nauseam since the alliance was revealed last week.
He also might have something to say to CM Punk after what went down on Monday. Punk unleashed a verbal tirade against him on this week’s episode of RAW. After referring to him as “Pat MAGA-fee” and calling him a “buggy whip-armed, no-brained hillbilly,” Punk ran down McAfee about ticket sales and said he had “a receipt coming” his way.
“I’ll be damned if I’m gonna have you, somebody who kicked a football for a living, come to my business and talk to me about selling tickets and putting a–es in seats. You got a receipt coming to you,” Punk said on RAW.
In response, McAfee claimed that CM Punk only proved why he’s not worth the price of admission for WrestleMania. Wednesday’s comments hint that he’ll have much more to say when he’s live in San Jose.
