WWE has officially announced Royce Keys’ SmackDown debut date.
Following his exit from AEW, Royce Keys (FKA Powerhouse Hobbs) made his WWE debut in the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match. He came in as the 14th entrant and eliminated Damian Priest before getting thrown over the top rope by Bronson Reed after 9:55 minutes.
However, WWE didn’t rush to have him on the weekly shows and had him compete in several dark matches. Reports noted that his absence aligns with the promotion’s standard process for new talent to ensure they adjust themselves to the company’s production style.
Now, WWE has officially announced that Royce Keys will make his SmackDown debut on tomorrow’s episode at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The promotion posted a video package on X/Twitter, showing his journey from East Palo Alto to the global stage, to make the announcement.
“I refuse to be defined by where I’m from, but instead by where I’m going.” From East Palo Alto to the world stage, @RealRoyceKeys’ journey has shaped him into the man he is today. Keys writes another chapter in his story when he makes his official #SmackDown debut TOMORROW!!”
Apart from Royce Keys’ debut, WWE has announced that Cody Rhodes will address Randy Orton and Pat McAfee, Drew McIntyre will try to expose Jacob Fatu, and Sami Zayn will look to retaliate against Trick Williams for last week’s attack.
