WWE To Film at Major Event Ahead of WrestleMania Weekend — REPORT

As WWE gets ready for WrestleMania 42, new reports say the company is trying something different this year. WWE will be filming content during Bruno Mars’ concerts at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

This year’s event is also special because WrestleMania is happening in Las Vegas for the second year in a row, which doesn’t happen often. However, some fans weren’t happy due to high ticket prices and the change of location from New Orleans.

Night 1 will feature the main event of Cody Rhodes vs Randy Orton for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Night 2 will feature CM Punk defending the World Heavyweight Championship against Roman Reigns.

Celebrities will also be part of the show. Names like Jelly Roll and Lil Yachty are expected to appear, along with Pat McAfee and host John Cena.

WWE reportedly filming content at Bruno Mars concert in Las Vegas

Bruno Mars is set to perform on April 10 and April 11 as part of his “The Romantic Tour,” just a few days before WrestleMania takes place at the same stadium. According to Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE has confirmed they will be there filming, but it is not clear what the footage will be used for. It could be for promos, documentaries, or something shown during WrestleMania.

However, fans hoping to see Bruno Mars at WrestleMania could face disappointment. He won’t be part of the event since he will be performing at Globe Life Field during that weekend.

WWE filming at a big concert shows how they like to mix wrestling with mainstream entertainment. WrestleMania has always included celebrities in recent years. At the same time, work for WrestleMania 42 is already starting. Reports say the stage setup at Allegiant Stadium will begin on April 13.

WrestleMania 42 will take place on Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19.
