Jamie Hayter says fans shouldn’t worry about her being out too long.
During this Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, it was confirmed that Hayter is currently not cleared for in-ring competition. AEW did not reveal the exact injury, but Hayter has not competed since her match against Thekla at AEW Dynasty on April 12.
As a result, Persephone replaced Hayter in a tag team match with Alex Windsor against Thekla and Skye Blue. There was no confirmed timeline for her return, which left her status uncertain and fans concerned.
Now, Jamie Hayter has spoken out about her injuries and offered an optimistic update for her fans. According to Hayter, she will be “I’ll be alright by next week or so,” and encouraged fans not to worry too much.
Despite the update, Hayter did not reveal the nature of her injuries.
Prior to her injury hiatus, Jamie Hayter had also been working with Windsor as a tag team collectively known as the Brawling Birds. The pair debuted together in February, and they currently hold an unblemished record of 8 wins in as many matches together.
