Natalya may be planning her next chapter outside the usual WWE playbook.
The veteran star recently opened up about two major ambitions — reviving Total Divas and creating a new combat-style wrestling concept inspired by Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport — while continuing to evolve her “Nattie Neidhart” persona.
Speaking on the Battleground Podcast, Natalya explained that her recent reinvention pushed her to think beyond her in-ring career.
After years associated with the Hart family’s iconic pink gear, she has shifted to a darker, more hard-hitting presentation that fans have seen both in WWE and at Bloodsport events.
It appears the Queen of Harts is no longer just playing defense — she’s looking to build something entirely new.
Natalya discusses Bloodsport dreams and Total Divas revival
Natalya said the idea started forming after Josh Barnett announced Bloodsport would go on hiatus earlier this year. According to the WWE star, competing in the event helped reignite her passion and gave her the chance to prove herself in a different environment.
She revealed that she has considered becoming “the first female promoter in WWE history” to launch something comparable to Bloodsport.
“There was a big part of me that said, ‘Why can’t I do something like that? Why can’t I be the first female promoter in WWE history to start something up of my own that’s comparable to Bloodsport,’” Natalya said.
Natalya noted that the event attracts wrestlers with “a chip on your shoulder,” adding that creating a similar platform for talent would be “a dream” for her. However, she clarified that nothing has been finalized.
The timing lines up with her recent transformation into “Nattie Neidhart,” a tougher and more aggressive version of the longtime WWE veteran.
She debuted the character during Bloodsport appearances in 2025 before bringing elements of it into WWE television, including her rivalry with Maxxine Dupri. Natalya also shared that both Triple H and Nick Khan supported her character evolution.
Outside the ring, Natalya admitted another longtime goal remains close to her heart — bringing back Total Divas. She said fans still regularly ask her about the reality series and noted that audiences now consume behind-the-scenes wrestling content more than ever.
Natalya added that she would want to work both on-camera and behind the scenes if a reboot ever moves forward.
For now, both ideas remain aspirations rather than official projects, but Natalya’s latest comments suggest she’s aiming for far more than another run between the ropes.
