Danhausen’s Minihausen from Backlash is a former WWE Superstar.
One of the major topics of speculation going into WWE Backlash this year was Danhausen’s mystery partner to take on The Miz and Kit Wilson. While there were rumors that it could be CM Punk or Jelly Roll, the Very Evil, Very Nice star surprised everyone by cloning himself at the event.
A mini version of Danhausen emerged from the cloning machine placed near the entrance. One Minihausen then multiplied into a Minihausen Army after Kit Wilson pushed the original back into the machine during the match. The numbers advantage and his curse on The Miz eventually helped Danhausen secure the victory at WWE Backlash.
Following the match, Mike Johnson of PWInsider revealed that the original Minihausen was former WWE Superstar El Torito. He was part of the promotion from 2013 to 2016. He is probably known for the WeeLC match he had with Hornswoggle at Extreme Rules 2014.
He’s also known for his time in CMLL as Mascarita Dorada before he first signed with WWE. He’s currently working the independent circuit and competed in a few AAA events recently under the name Mascarita Sagrada.
Danhausen also appeared on the WWE Backlash post-show with the Minihausens, where one of them stole Corey Graves’ watch.
