WWE Interested in Reuniting Enzo Amore and Big Cass — Report

WWE is reportedly interested in an Enzo Amore and Big Cass reunion.

Recent reports revealed that former Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore has been visiting the WWE Performance Center often ahead of a recent NXT taping. They also mentioned that the promotion had been in touch with him since WrestleMania 42 weekend. Besides this, Amore’s tag team partner, Big Cass (Big Bill), will see his AEW contract expire in late May or early June.

Coupled with the report that WWE is looking to revamp its tag team division, fans are speculating that Enzo Amore and Big Cass could reunite in the promotion soon. It appears the promotion also wants the same, as Wrestlevotes Radio (via Fightful Select) reports that WWE has interest in reuniting the duo.

According to the report, Enzo Amore and Big Cass maintained positive relationships with several WWE producers backstage, including those they worked with in NXT years ago.

Both Enzo Amore and Big Cass had controversial exits from WWE. The promotion released Amore in January 2018 due to sexual assault allegations. However, authorities dropped the investigation due to insufficient evidence.

WWE released Big Cass in June 2018, and reports revealed that it was due to behavioral issues. He went on to compete in the indies and for TNA before signing with AEW in August 2022. It will be interesting to see if WWE’s efforts to revamp the tag team division result in the popular tag team’s return.
