John Cena Pulled A Ridiculous Stunt on OnlyFans for Movie Promo

John Cena‘s brief trip to the world of OnlyFans recently resurfaced and went viral, leading to fans reliving the moment he got to play with his “balls.”

In 2024, Cena surprised fans by announcing he was joining the subscription site OnlyFans. This left some fans confused, as many thought his social media accounts had been hacked. However, it was real (sorta), as the stunt turned out to be a promotion for “Ricky Stanicky,” a character he played in the 2024 movie of the same name.

“You’ve found the verified OnlyFans account for Ricky Stanicky; renowned impersonator, philanthropist, investment banker, socialite, cancer survivor and method actor. Subscribe to get SPICY pics and vids.”

What is Ricky Stanicky about?

Ricky Stanicky follows the story of a group of childhood friends who invent a fake person to escape trouble. When they need to provide proof of his existence, they hire an actor (Cena) to play the eccentric character. Cena starred in the movie alongside Zac Efron, Jermaine Fowler, and Andrew Santino.

In order to promote the movie and the OnlyFans page, Cena shared some videos that have since resurfaced and gone viral.

Cena played it up by teasing spicy pics and sexually suggestive innuendos like playing with his “balls,” which was literally Cena playing with a pair of multicolored balls in his hands.

Cena’s appearance on OnlyFans didn’t last long, though, as he quickly moved on from the viral stunt.

However, the stunt caused enough of a stir that Cena said he got locked out of his Twitter/X account because they thought he was hacked.

“I really got locked out of X account because they thought my @OnlyFans was fake! It’s not. It’s the real deal! Teabagging, scissoring, creampies… and ALL FREE!”

Since then, Cena has starred in Jackpot! and Heads of State, and made a cameo in Superman as his Peacemaker character. Cena’s next film, Little Brother, streams on Netflix on June 26, followed by Coyote vs. ACME, which hits theatres on August 28, 2026.
