Injury concern over Bron Breakker arises after WWE Raw.
The main event of this week’s WWE Raw pitted Bron Breakker against Seth Rollins, with the former Vision leader emerging victorious before a vibrant crowd in Turin, Italy. Breakker, meanwhile, left the match with a loss and some physical damage.
Following his outing on WWE Raw, fan footage revealed Breakker to be limping along as he transported his luggage through a nearby hotel. WWE executive John Cone provided Breakker with assistance as well.
As of this writing, it is unknown if Breakker’s limping is legitimate or simply intended to further his storyline with Rollins. Additional fan video captured Breakker pointing to, then clutching, his shoulder after his match with Rollins.
During it, Breakker inadvertently speared Paul Heyman through the ringside barricade. When he returned to the ring, Breakker then charged in with another spear intended for Rollins. Instead, he collided head-first into the WWE World Tag Team Championship held up by Rollins. Rollins then capitalized with a curb stomp to secure the pinfall on Breakker.
Breakker recently returned to WWE programming following an injury-related absence. In February, he underwent surgery for a hernia, which put his reportedly planned WrestleMania 42 bout against Rollins off the table. In place, Rollins faced “The Ring General” Gunther on WWE’s grandest stage, with Breakker blasting “The Visionary” with a mid-match spear. Weeks later, Breakker defeated Rollins at WWE Backlash.
