This TNA star is using a surprising statistic to back up his claim of being overlooked and underappreciated.
Jason Hotch and John Skyler are collectively known as The Great Hands in TNA Wrestling. Alongside Tasha Steelz and Special Agent 0, the duo are members of Mustafa Ali’s Order 4 faction.
Despite being one of the more established teams in TNA, The Great Hands have not received a TNA World Tag Team Championship opportunity in quite some time. In fact, their last title shot came at Against All Odds 2023, where they unsuccessfully challenged Ace Austin and Chris Bey for the championships.
Hotch recently took to X to reflect on that match, pointing out that The Great Hands have been a tag team for more than 1,200 days but have received only one tag team title opportunity during that span.
“3 years ago on this date, we had our ONLY tag team title match.. 1,258 days of being a tag team, 1 tag team title opportunity. The epitome of overlooked and under appreciated. #AgainstAllOdds2023,” he posted.
TNA has seemingly been building toward a singles push for Jason Hotch amid growing tensions within Order 4. During a recent promo, TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali hinted at underlying issues involving both Tasha Steelz and Hotch.
Ali is scheduled to defend the TNA International Championship against KC Navarro this week on TNA iMPACT. WrestleZone will provide coverage of the show as it airs at 9 p.m. EST on AMC this Thursday.
